Learning Disability & Community Centre

ACA has designed a Learning Disability Centre at Marfleet Avenue in Hull working with Westwood Care Group. The development of a new learning disability centre will offer relief and support to local families. The design consists of a six bed, residential unit along with a landscaped sensory garden and day centre.

ACA has designed a specialist rehabilitation and recovery facility on behalf of Hull and East Yorkshire Mind. The facility caters for people who require an environment for mental health recovery. The accommodation will provide a therapeutic and safe environment where the residents can build confidence while developing independent living skills to continue the process of recovery.

Brunswick Ward, Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust

Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust are undergoing a major refurbishment of their unit offering in-patient care for service users with dementia. They chose to install Safehinge’s Symphony doorsets and anti-ligature locksets and handles throughout. Our electronic lockset, Passport Smart, was also installed on all bedroom doors offering increased independence for service users.
